When I saw this sign, I thought it was too good to be true and had to come closer: this « prosperous industrial company » is indeed currently undergoing complete demolition. There is nothing much to say about this place – one big warehouse where there used to be a lot of construction equipment – except the irony of its name. I spotted it on my way to « Capital Paradise ». I have to admit that the photos I took are not very good because I was riding one of Hangzhou’s « public bicycle » and could not park it in a station so I had to take it with me in the compound… But it was still worth going to this warehouse because I got to see the basic structure of this huge building in detail, after almost all the floors and walls were removed.

Anyhow, it was an interesting discovery inside the skeleton of a warehouse.
